If you’ve applied to any of our performance courses for 2020 and are concerned about your audition, don’t worry! BIMM Institute Dublin is pleased to be offering new applicants the opportunity to practice their audition techniques with our expert team of music industry professionals.

Our Audition Preparation Day will run on Thursday 20th February and places are still available for anyone who has already applied via the CAO to the BA (Hons) in Commercial Modern Music (Vocals, Guitar, Drums, Bass and Songwriting) or the part-time CPD Diploma in Professional Musicianship (Vocals. Guitar, Drums, Bass and Songwriting).

What To Expect From The Day:

Bespoke Q&A Session

This will be led by a lecturer in your discipline and a current BIMM student. This session explains the audition process, provides tips and tricks and allows you to ask any questions that are on your mind.

Individual Tutorial

Practice for your audition with a BIMM tutor and gain their expert feedback on things like technique, performance, improving confidence, etc.

Student Advisory Lounge

This offers you the chance to chat directly to our students about life at BIMM Institute Dublin. Our Admissions Team will also be on hand to offer advice about the application process.

Presentation and Performances

Missed one of our Open Days? Attend our presentation (part of the application requirements) and watch performances from some amazing BIMM bands!

Parent Advisory Centre

This will be running throughout the day and is a chance for your parent or guardian to speak to another BIMM parent over tea and coffee.
