BIMM London performance graduates Luna Bay have been continuing their upward trajectory of late with a series of impressive successes.
The band recently released their 4th single ‘Little Amsterdam’, which has received airtime from the likes of Radio 1’s Huw Stephens, Radio X’s Maz Tappuni on his ‘Communion Presents’ show, and then later appearing on Adam Walton’s show on BBC Introducing Wales.
The track is the perfect example of the bands’ up-beat and sun-kissed indie pop, which echoes the likes of the Kooks and Two Door Cinema Club.
Continuing their current winning streak, the band were also recently premiered by Clash magazine, and featured in Wonderland magazine, with both publications tipping them as ones to keep an eye out for in 2018.
As if that wasn’t impressive enough, Luna Bay also received tones of love on Spotify’s New music Friday playlists in the UK, America and Holland and are still buzzing from their sold-out show at the Islington, London at the beginning of this month.
We’re chuffed to bits that the band are getting so much recognition and praise after all the hard work they’ve been putting in. We’re sure that 2018 is going to be the year that sees them breaking further into the mainstream.
Keep it up boys!
