Miles of music for Sport Relief

BIMM students perform for runners in Brighton

BIMM students took to the stage to support Sport Relief and the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile, which took place in Brighton on Sunday 23rd March 2014. The running event started on Madeira Drive in Brighton and hundreds of locals got their feet moving to support a great cause. Entertainment was provided for participants and supporters, and BIMM Music Business student, Sammi Doherty, managed  the acoustic stage in front of the Brighton Wheel with help from fellow students Jack Brewis-Lawes and James Guthrie who looked after sound for the event. Spectators enjoyed music from BIMM acts, including George Rawlings, Danny Hall, Anderson, Stark, Idlewood and Rory Indiana, from 10am until 3pm on the day.

Sport Relief has raised a massive £53,370,743 so far this year and we are incredibly proud of our students and staff for playing a part in the fundraising efforts.
