Sina Theil's debut album goes to #1 in iTunes Charts

BIMM Dublin songwriting undergraduate Sina Theil’s debut album ‘Under Cover’ charted at #1 in the Irish Country iTunes Album Charts and #5 in the Irish iTunes all Genre Album Charts on its release last week.

The first track off the album, country rock summer single “Here for the Party” also scored a #1 in the Irish Country iTunes Single Charts and was just voted “Track of the Week” on Kfm and included on day-time rotation as a cross-over track. The album, which was recorded at Golden Egg Studios and released by Kildare-based label Downda Road, is a collection of cover songs that Sina has been performing during recent live appearances up and down the country. It includes influential artists such as Brandy Clark, Gretchen Wilson, Irish music virtuoso Paul Brady, Jace Everett, The Eagles among others.

To date, Sina’s songs have been played over 750 times on the radio and heard by over 1.8 Million radio listeners across Ireland and Northern Ireland, according to Radiomonitor stats.
