The Musicmaker Scholarship

We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with Dublin music store Musicmaker for a brand-new scholarship.

Musicmaker is a music shop, located in the heart of Dublin, that has been serving the city’s vibrant music scene for over 40 years. Their store offers a wide selection of high-quality instruments and accessories from top brands in the industry. Whether you’re a beginner just starting out, an intermediate musician looking to upgrade your gear, or a professional looking for something truly special, you’ll find exactly what you need.

Applicable to students starting their course in September 2025, the scholarship will provide full tuition fees for one candidate looking to study the Foundation Diploma in Professional Musicianship at BIMM Music Institute Dublin.


Who can apply

The Musicmaker Scholarship is open to anyone applying to study the Foundation Diploma in Professional Musicianship in September 2025. You must have completed your application for the Foundation Diploma in Professional Musicianship as well as an audition to be considered. To be eligible, you must be an Irish/EU citizen with home fee status


How to apply

First, you must apply for the Foundation Diploma in Professional Musicianship at BIMM Music Insititute Dublin starting September 2025. Once you have applied, you will then need to fill out the scholarship application form.

Scholarship applications close on Thursday 31 July 2025. The scholarship will only be awarded to those who go on to accept an offer from BIMM Music Institute Dublin and complete the enrolment process.
