After graduating from BIMM Music Institute Brighton, Laura found that she had a deep-rooted passion for the live music industry as well as nurturing the best emerging talent, and delivering the best live experience for the artists and their audience. Going on to work with some UK heavyweights, the likes of Sam Smith, Ellie Goulding, Alt J, FKA Twigs, Sampha, Wolf Alice, Disclosure, Rex Orange County and so many more.
Her expertise was required by Bonobo and The xx, on their more recent album campaigns to ensure an impactful re-entry into the market after Covid. Laura also boasts the record number of consecutive shows at Brixton Academy with The xx, a massive eight shows!
Her success doesn’t stop there, she was instrumental in the founding of All Points East festival in London and more recently appointed Head Of Artist Bookings to work alongside CEO Jim King in AEG’s newly created European Festivals Division.
Her vast network of industry contacts has led to her working with some huge brands too, Jägermeister, Firestone, American Express, Red Bull, and Lyle & Scott to name a few.
Her latest venture, a company called Amigas, offers a variety of live services including artist development, live consultancy, and bespoke and curated events. The consultancy consists of industry-leading women professionals such as promoters, producers, and curators with an aim to build back the live sector in a new way, with a focus on sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation.
