There’s little that Theodora Byrne doesn’t do. Theodora is a session vocalist, keyboard player, musical director, choir arranger, community musician, and lecturer who studied the Vocals stream of our BA (Hons) Commercial Modern Music at BIMM Dublin.

Having performed both nationally and internationally with James Vincent McMorrow, Saint Sister, The Coronas, Sorcha Richardson, and Irish Women in Harmony alongside fellow BIMM Dublin graduates.

Theodora is currently musical director for Dublin-based community choir Playlist and creates bespoke choral and vocal arrangements for many other musical projects. She has played in prestigious venues such as the Sydney Opera House, Dublin’s Olympia Theatre, London’s Roundhouse Theatre, and New York’s Webster Hall.

She has also performed at world-renowned music festivals such as Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits, Other Voices, and Electric Picnic. Her television appearances include ‘Later…with Jools Holland’, ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’, and ‘The Late Late Show’.

Theodora currently lectures in both the Vocals and Music Theory departments of BIMM Dublin.
