Artist Management
Having originally studied BA (Hons) Professional Musicianship Drums at BIMM Music Institute Brighton, Bex moved into the business side of the music industry.
She worked full-time co-running Republic Of Music’s (ROM) Artist Management arm. She co-manages all the artists/acts on their roster, including artists signed to major and independent labels and publishers (both UK based and international).
After initially joining ROM as an intern, Bex soon got promoted to a full-time position as Digital Account Manager, heading up the digital distribution arm for four years. During this time, she oversaw 300 digital release campaigns for artists including Disclosure, Tame Impala, Two Door Cinema Club, Bloc Party and more. She’s now an Artist Manager at ROM Management. Her roster includes Sam Johnson, Lady Bird, Belot, Dan Smith and Pêtr Aleksänder. Bex also has experience working as a live promoter and is still involved in booking one-off live events and festival stages.
