Connecting our graduates to a long and sustainable career in the creative industries
We can support your career development and build on your professional network.
By keeping in touch with BIMM when you graduate, we can continue to help with resources and support. We’ll carry on offering CV advice, masterclass spots and career guidance.
But it’s not all one way. Our alumni are encouraged to keep in touch and are regularly invited to take part in masterclasses or panels, on industry advisory meetings, and as student mentors and advisors via our online community, BIMM Connect.
BIMM Institute have launched a brand new service just for our final year students and alumni community.
‘Talent Match’ is an exclusive service sourcing new talent for the creative industries and is run by our Talent Manager Catriona Lundie-Loggie. Catriona has been recruiting into Music, Media and the Arts for the last 12 years. At Handle Recruitment, she specialises in sourcing talent for Artist Management, Studio, A&R, Live, Labels, Distribution and Publishing positions.
We take care of everything for you from checking your CV to interview advice and giving feedback from employers. It’s a totally free service and continues for a whole year after leaving BIMM.
BIMM Connect is our online community, helping to connect students, alumni and staff/faculty across the whole of BIMM.
As an alumnus, you get access to the contact directory, jobs board, events and group pages. You are also able to reach out to other alumni for advice, and in turn, offer advice to other alumni and students.
Our BIMM Connect Community and Alumni Manager, Anthony Giles, is available to help with alumni support – just email [email protected].
