Music Theory Tutor
Max is a songwriter, pianist and singer. He began studying piano at the age of nine and guitar at 13, going on to complete a Commercial Music degree at Westminster University in London. Max has two original albums to his name, has had his work featured in films and television programmes, and has recorded and toured with the likes of Tom Baxter, Adrian Crowley, Mick Hanly, Declan O'Rourke, Vyvienne Long and Jeff Martin.
He’s also worked as a studio engineer and producer at London’s Premises Studios, and continues to produce music from his home-based studio. Max has run songwriting workshops for children, setting up ‘SongRise' for 7-11 year olds in Hackney in conjunction with the Arts Council and the Lottery Fund.
