Grainne Duffy

Gráinne Duffy is a renowned blues-rock artist from Co. Monaghan, and has shared the stage with artists such as Billy Gibbons, Eric Gales, Alanis Morissette, Mavis Staples. Shemekia Copeland and Supersonic Blues Machine.
Grainne has garnered many accolades during her career, including topping Blues Matters Writers poll in the categories ‘Best Vocalist’ and ‘Best Solo Artist’ in 2014 and 2015, and being named ‘Best Modern Roots Artist’ category in the Independent Blues Awards 2021. The Sunday Times has described her as ‘An Irish blues singer of real integrity’.
Grainne has released 5 studio albums to date. The most recent, released in May 2026, produced by Chris Golsmith (Ben Harper) and Marc Ford (The Black Crowes) has been listed for consideration in this year’s Grammy nominations for Best American Song and Best Contemporary Blues Album
